Had milk coffee, 1 biscuit, an hour before the race. Wore Carbon Plates for the first time, since they arrived yesterday (Asics MS 3). Did a 20 Day altitude stint before this, followed by a busted marathon attempt at 3000m ALT. Cramped up bad after 27kms.
Racing another 10k next Sunday, sub 34?
