Why did it take until August 2019 for this to be resolved (leaked/announced)? (and then the hearing suddenly "expedited")
Why was Coleman tested 6 times so far in Q3 2019, if he already should have been banned starting on 27 Apr 2019 (early Q2) by three (3) Whereabouts Violations, according to USADA's first logic?
Yes, the time-line of USADA sitting around for four (4) months from believing Coleman has a Where-Abouts violation, until finally moving expeditedly on the issue is truly appalling, both in retrospect and in-time. Who knows how many back-room conversations occurred. If it weren't a bureaucratic Western org where one expects the Kafkaesque realpolitik, it would likely be considered "state-sponsored" doping or something.
Calendar Interpretation is a tricky business. They risked having to throw out his Apr-Aug results by their delay. Things like that don't "just happen"... there has to be a reason.
