The decision to release or not release is a personal decision. Some will, some won't, either way, it does not absolutely prove anything. If your values are beyond suspicion, you will likely release, if your values are suspicious, you will likely not release. Suspicious values will be almost impossible for the average Joe to interpret other than knowing they are outside of the norm, but they won't understand the mired of legitimate reasons for suspicious blood values. Never-the-less, in Paula's case, she has been on the forefront of the AD movement and now there is an opportunity to lead-by-example and she is basically in hiding. The problem with being a mouthpiece is you can't shut-up when it is not convenient anymore.
