Rob Damon of URI was 6'1" and 205 lbs.
I ran with this guy in college and I can assure you that 205 lbs was his lightest during track season.
He ran 400m in 48.
I know it's not 6'0" 210 lbs, but seriously an inch isn't that much difference and 5 lbs doesn't make you 5 seconds slower.
Since height and weight can both fluctuate throughout the day, I think it is safe to assume that if he woke up early, didn't shit for a couple days, and ate a large pizza for lunch, then he would be 6'0" 210 lbs and could still run faster than 53.
