He wanted the attention, but only from those unable to discern his bullshit.
I'm guessing it was a list ditch effort to lose his virginity.
I can't understand what's being said on that video. Transcript, anyone?

The probability of his getting lucky and dropping the 1:05 half standard and probability of getting lucky and getting laid (other than by a gay rabid dog)) are about the same.
I wonder what happened to those other blog posts he was supposed to have coming?
I am intrigued by the guy and would like to see him pop a big PR. I was following his blog with interest. I know a lot of runners who, when they finally get their training right, can see a big jump in performance.
I hope he keeps going.
I think it's about time for a big fat bump. Jason's last race was a 1:28 half in August. Maybe he's saving up the energy for a big 1:04 or 2:18 in the next month or so?
1:28? Really? I couldn't find that result online. Athlinks shows a 1:20 and his latest, a 1:18 in May.
It's right there at the top. 1:28:37
Jason Rahm has all but disappeared online. The youtube video/phone call is gone, too.
He ran 103, course was 15 minutes long. you all suck weiners.

What youtube video/phone call? What did it say?

"Iiiiii'm stillll hereeeeeeeeeeee!"
http://media02.linkedin.com/media/p/1/000/0c7/2a9/3a32cfe.jpgIt was hard to make out, but he was very pissed off and dropped the f-bomb a time or two. Something to the effect of "quit calling me and leave me alone". Seems like someone got his phone number and was harassing him.
Did he do it?

But what is his marathon pr now?
According to Marathonguide.com he gave up the marathon after his 2:46 in 2010. Maybe he took up trailrunning!
Is Jason Rahm update?
No, and I wish people would stop bumping this thread!
Well.....The first guy I coached was an age 28 Norwegian runner down from 2:40 to 2:27 in just 2 ½ month with my system.......that`s 13 min in just 2½ month!!! For me to coach a cut down to 2:20 is not "mission impossible " Give yourself a Christmas present and try a very good coach.... :) www.coachjs.se
