No supplements, no anemia (one of the highest ferritin levels recorded for runners, and they are almost vegans), no fractures, no calcium deficiency. 1000 kcal from plants got MUCH more vitamins and minerals than 1000 kcal from meat or processed fats.
So, cut down all form of milk (like cheese, butter, yoghurt), cut down meat, cut down processed "food" like white bread, get tons of healthy carbohydrates like whole grain corn flour products - and you will be skinny, healthy and improve like damn animal, with no calory restriction.

Look at Sub-Saharan Africa. Cheetahs there count calories. None is fat. They eat as much as they want, sometimes even more. They eat TONS of live animals. Yes, fat, furry animals. Yet they are very, very skinny.
Why?
1. Average American got like 30% of calories from meat. Average Cheetah - 100%
2. Cheetahs eat primarily hoofed mammals weighing less than 90 pounds (compare this to USA consumption - rife with fish, vegetables, and larger hoofed mammals).
Cheetahs eat an average of 6 pounds of meat every day: small antelope, warthogs, gazelles, gnus, impalas, hares, and birds.
So, cheetah diet is like 100% uncooked meat. No supplements, no anemia, no stress reactions, no calcium deficiency. 0 kcal from plants.
So, cut down vegetables, cut down processed "food" like white bread, get tons of healthy meat like antelope and warthog - and you will be skinny, healthy and run 70 mph like a giant damned predator cat, with no calory restriction.
