I would say Cush should go for the distance job. But unfortunately they don’t want to hire a high school coach with little to no success. UCLA also requires coaches to write emails. Cush needs a lesson on when to use capital letters in a sentence.

awww, c'mon be fair: "little success" is accurate, by probably most college hiring standards, but not "no success"--that's just being mean. and you'd be surprised: i can rite purty gud when i need to. i just don't do so here. by the way, standards for hiring can be surprisingly low: i was actually offered the usc distance job many years ago, before i'd amassed a mediocre h.s. coaching resume. i can only assume it was because i used to be a purty gud runner too...
