5. Mira Costa
Have good depth with lots of good returners, looking to be a very solid team that can contend at state.
4. Beckman
Beckman has great depth with lots of great underclassmen and returning juniors, even without Ibzan Felix they will be a very good team. They just have to hold it together as they underperformed at state last year.
3. Jesuit
Very deep with a lot of talent and they are doing incredible this track season, Matthew Ogilvie for example is very talented running 4:19 as a freshman and he represents a great future for Jesuit.
2. Great Oak
They have always held a legacy of excellence, great strong team returning. Weston Brown will hopefully help lead this young powerhouse team to greatness.
Honorable Mentions:
University Irvine: they have a very strong top 3 and tyler morales is a pretty talented freshman.
Dana Hills: Even though they are losing much of their top 7, they still have Evan Noonan and Oliver Hunter and some freshman turning into Sophmores who can hopefully surprise us this upcoming season. Seems like a great family dynamic.

1. Woodbridge
Though this may seem like an unpopular pick for number 1, I am in relation with someone who is in contact with their team and they have several strong runners who they have not raced this track season. Their philosophy for some reason is they focus on cross country and train through track. On top of Sophmore Aiden Zavala and fastest freshman in the state Aidan Antonio returning they have, as far as I know of, atleast 15 runners sub 16 shape and 8 runners 15.
