I cut Brosnan a lot of slack but after a year at UCLA he's bringing in two guys that on his own terms are "not fast." Two 4:17 guys, one from NP? That's pathetic.
You don't understand how the recruiting calendar works.
When Sean Brosnan got hired by UCLA in August 2022, most of the kids that would graduate in June 2023 had already chosen their college, or at least their finalists. He never had a shot at those kids.
This fall, when the high school class of 2024 makes their college commitments, we'll see who Sean Brosnan is able to sign.
If he doesn't end up signing anyone good this fall, that's a problem. But he still has 4 more months.
No one commits that early. I would bet if you looked at a histogram of when people commit, most people end up committing right after the end of cross country season ~November or commit mid track season, ~April.

Any chances that he signs NP guys Doshi (9:02 3200 in 2022) and Shetty (9:15 3200 in 2023)?

5 of the arguably top 10 boys for the class of ‘24 have already committed, but you are generally right that most will be committing after August. I bet at least half of the top 50 will be committed by the time XC starts.

Look at this thread and you will see how many have committed already

I would wager very very very few top recruits are waiting until track season their senior year to commit. Far more commit their junior track years than wait past cross country their senior year.
This list is not perfect, I did the best I could although I would argue that this list is pretty close and you won't get much more accurate from an outsider perspective. Milesplit college commitment lists were just the baseline. I thoroughly looked at teams and athletes Instagram pages to either verify or find new ones which took more effort. With this day and age in social media, I most likely found all the recruits, unless you're a complete NPC and your info isn't on the internet at all. The list took about an hour and a half. I would be more than happy to answer questions you have about the list.
I would like to see the whole list reposted, then rank them. Looks like a lot of the schools likely had their "best recruiting class ever" just based on the times.

You have no idea what you're talking about. You are way, way off. Many of the top runners commit BEFORE XC season starts, because they want to get that decision out of the way before they start racing.
And the few top runners that haven't committed before the XC season starts, have at least narrowed their list down to their top 4 or 5 schools.
I’m guessing Casey will be on the roster at least. Maybe not race the big ones but maybe race in some early season meets that don’t matter a whole lot.
