I'm sorry, but how can anyone provide any evidence if any test result can't be disclosed due to legal/privacy reasons (which is btw something i really don't understand, we all undergo tests to be able to participate in sport events and those are public, and so do antidoping tests)? It's exactly like it was for Semenya: for almost a decade South African officials claimed she was "a woman with naturally high level of testosterone", then IAAF created the regulation for 400-mile which is basically applicable only to 46XY DSDs, and Semenya was banned from certain events. Did they use the argument "i'm not 46XY DSD, i can prove it", or "i fight for my human rights, i feel a woman, i must be able to run against women no matter my level of testosterone"? For me, the fact that those athletes are banned from those competitions based on the current regulation - and they simply take it and move to another distance - is in itself the evidence you're looking for.
