Why was this missive addressed to me? What do U mean, by bloody point. I think this could be a GOOD thread, still is for that matter!
Take care & have a good night.
Peace.
This thread provides no small reasurance that people run; through the dead of winter, the dark of night, the highs and the lows of their lives. That I am not alone in this pursuit is necessary knowledge during the isolation of a stern Wisconsin winter.

Listen to 91.3 FM. That one should put U into a better zone.
Havent gone running yet, I'm currently at work. Once I get off its down to the ol' Grave Yard for some mile repeats. I'm shooting for 5 @ roughly 5:10 (average between all 5) with 3 min rest inbetween.

Great stuff, driske! We have a poet among us. This thread is great and despite what some would say, it has taken a village to make it so. Keep up the good work, all.
Today: 50' tempo.
ran 5 x 1k on treadmill in 3.15 with 3 mins recovery aiming for sub 16.30 0n paddys day in race
Went to the oral surgeons, supposedly to get my gum stitches removed. NO dice. Another week.
Also my jaw muscles are locked owing to the 7 Novicaines I had during the procedure and he had me to physical therapy involving a pile of goddamned TONGUE DEPRESSORS.
The whole side of my jaw swelled and people at work asked me to go home. Sore as hell.
No running tonight.
30:00 easy on the treadmill last PM.
Ok, I've got nothing new to offer except to congratulate all who have contributed positively to this thread and helped us reach the 1K mark! This is really something for all of us to be proud of. It has been far from a one man job. You all should feel very proud of this accomplishment. Keep up the good work!
my running was great today. sunny day. short shorts. small t. went shirtless after the first 4 miles. wearing my brooks shoes. great day of running.
