PRES,
no hurry to think up things... plenty of time to wait for an answer... and if it doesn't come that's ok too... either way i am not going stop running and/or posting...
moreover, Pres, this is such a surreal thread i would not be surprised if the only posters were me and one other guy with a lot of handles, two other guys max...
..and that's ok too...

I am quite convinced that RD uses several aliases here on a daily basis in order to boost/justify "his" thread, and this is really quite sad.
but what's the point: do you get a prize for a big thread?

Only RD can answer these questions. I think its a skuj-centric thing.
40:00 on the treadmill. Felt OK, considering the dental surgery I had last week.
Today, for 21:43 easy run.
Easy one today:
45min easy
6x20sec strides
5min jog
Finally been able to go at it injury-free for the last two weeks after a frustrating 5-6 weeks with groin/hip/low ab issues. Getting the mileage back up, not quite at full intensity yet.
Today, for exactly 46 min.
Hip issue seems to really be on the mend, still taking it easy.
Checked out a different X-C trail system today. Felt a little soft after donating blood yesterday, so my training partner decided to push the pace.
10.19 miles in 1:39 on slow un groomed trails. Lot's of it at 160 - 170 bpm. Pay back will be a bitch.
20:00 on the treadmill. Had to get home early as we are expecting potential flooding rain, and I had to get all the stuff in the cellar up off the floor.
35' in the AM...it's getting brighter
... you mean.. Running Dogg IS Skuj ???
wow...
Aerobic Resistance on Track (Stadio di Caracalla)
4x2000m at 4:00/mins pace
400m recovery at 5:00/mins pace
last 400m not recovery but allegro in about 1:20
tested out a pair of AcquaGym socks. Not bad, but will be wasted in another couple of sessions.

No he's not!. How many times do I have to tell you. Skuj doesn't live here any more......which I still think seriously sucks, he did have a lot to offer.
Ok Vic, I believe you. But an overly conflictual dialectic benefitted nobody and took away from the sense of dyrt. So there's me, you and RD. That's three distinct posters in theory. Who else?

40:00 on treadmill. Absolutely awful rain coming down outside.
AM:
30min easy
8x15sec strides
3:30 jog
(all on grass)
gym session ~60mins
PM:
16km easy 68:13
(out&back on gravel/dirt trail)
Yank, he's legit.
13 F, Calm, moonlite, 3 easy snowmobile trail miles in 29:12.
