Ghost1 when an athlete gets accused of rape/sexual harassment/doping = no need for evidence, it simply can't be true, something about the athlete being a monster of some kind Ghost1 when a 60 year old woman runs a good time = please provide all the evidence you have before I pass judgement
Fat, gluttonous and lazy -- that's Jan Stensson. This whole "training" thing is turning into just another con from the Swedish scammer. How many weeks/months did he have the same "cold"?
Really? Show link with evidence, please. This would be a phenomenal performance. Sorry 😔 if I doubt the veracity of your claim.
Ghost believes Jan's claims, but doesn't believe in the real facts.
Obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Sir, I acknowledged my misgivings were unfounded because no link was given.
It would be great if J.S. reaches that level, 17:59, and hopefully the weight will start melting on his athletic frame, to enable him to achieve his lofty goals.
The evergreen, surprisingly youthful looking sexagenarian (J.S.) has solid ambitions. Let's be patient while he rides that wave back to impressive fitness.
Interesting observation from looking at over 60 records for distance runners - most record holders over 60 are Belgian, Dutch, German or Scandinavian. Why? Diet or culture?
Prostate cancer also common in those Germanic and Nordic countries - high dairy intake correlation.
Jan is just lazy ……living in the past and has no respect for master athletes that actually train hard to achieve great times.

This is borderline perverted. Is this really how your mind works?
On it again , 20 x short hill reps in 24-25 sec. Feels really good and my endurance grows quickly now. Here at my place in Sweden we now wait for warmer weather and the weather forecast tells soon vill be 12-13 + C. I like the warm climate best. I did great running in warm temp back in my national elite days. I won a 25 k in 28 + C. and I placed 19th in Stockholm marathon when 32 (!) + C in the shadow at start. Looking forward for the summer to come......💥🤠🇸🇪

You were not elite, Jan. And well done on the hills. You will be great at 25 second hill races.

Of course I was elite, national Swedish elite. And an 18th place out of 72 European elite runners in the Verona Europe Cup 10 miles with the marathon OG gold medalist Gelindo Bordin in the field. The world top Marti Vainio was only about 100m before me in the race . And one of my best races also my win of Gothenburg Sylvestre race 10,55 km 1988 in about 31:2x min on a difficult course with a very tough hill in it. I was national Swedish elite runner. I have never told I was world top elite runner of course.....soon I will mix the short hill reps with intervals at the track.😎🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
Of course you were not elite. From a post I wrote some time ago:
Again, you are lying. Jonny Danielson ran 1 minute faster than you in 1988 (5000m) In 1989 he ran more than 1 minute faster than you over 10000m In 1983, Kjell-Erik Stahl ran the marathon more than 10 minutes faster than you. You were never elite.

See? You were never elite. Stop lying.
Well, you have a very strange definition of what defines a national elite runner. It's of course not only the fastest runner in a country who is national elite. 😉😎🧙🏼♂️😂

It's not a strange definition. If you are lapped in a track race or if you are at 39km when the first guy finishes a marathon, you are not in the same bracket as them. You were not elite.
Now I have 10 days Easter vacation from my job and I will run a little more than usual. Nice.
My coached elite top runner Jsp had a last sharpening workout before next week running a race in USA again. This last main sharpening interval was really amazing , 15 x 400m @ 58-59 sec with 60 sec easy walk rest!👊💥👊 Last time he did the exact same workout was back in 2017. He is more than ready for the race. 😎🧙🏼♂️🖐

A few years ago, in a thread about doing 15x400m with 90 seconds rest, you wrote:
"If I was the coach the best pace should be 3 k pace or slightly over considering the rest is 90 sec. If using mile pace the workout is no longer an interval but instead goes over to become a repetition and therefore needs more rest between the reps, and then the main purpose is to just relax at mile race pace and 15 of them is then too much."
But now you are saying that Josphat ran 15x400m at mile pace with only 60 seconds rest. Which is it?
This thread pure embarrassment for Jan. He try to coach my friend , lucky when Google this clown we find this thread to show what joke he is. Shame on Jan you con man.
