Good morning, friends. Today was the first time since September that I've run on two consecutive days, so that is progress. Also the least discomfort I have experienced in a while (knee, achilles).
For the foreseeable future, I plan to continue a gradual mileage build, all slow and easy. I will limit uptempo efforts to the no-impact indoor machines.
My weight has stabilized at about "race weight plus 20." I need to get serious about modifying my diet, and bringing that back down. This week's report:

Long term goal: 3:00 marathon age 60, Oct 2019
Tentative goal: Defend M55-59 title in August 15K
