If you are over 50, there is some truth to that. If you are healthy and under 50, there is really no need at this point. No difference in performance boosted vs unboosted for the 50 and under crowd, which is why the US an UK have changed their guidance. Guys in their teens and twenties like Harambe and 2600 bro who have been popping boosters like candy, have gained no additional benefit. Just hollow virtue signaling.
