Got a dandy splinter in my heel walking on a hardwood floor. Ow! NO running today.
I'm at home and will paint a door frame to exercise and stretch my upper torso.
Today 45 min easy.
7 min of speed drills,all up hill.

I jogged 2.7 miles carefully. My foot wasn't that bad, luckily.
Yesterday (Mon.) no run, feeling sore from Sunday morning's accident, hip sore.
Today, for 40:55. AHR 143 MHR 150. Mostly an easyish run locked into pace for two loop route.
Monday: 5 x 1200 @ 102% vVO2max
Tuesday: 60' easy, lifting, massage (wink, wink)
50 minutes on a snowmobile trail,5.44 Garmin measured miles. Inov-8 mud claws were the shoe of the day. Temps.in the hi 20's.
AM:
30mins easy + barefoot walking exercises
PM:
Stationary bike:
15mins easy + 3min v easy incl "strides" w/up
45mins fartlek:
20 hard
5 easy
5/2:30/1:00/:45/:30/:15 hard to v hard wuth =time easy after
15 c/d
Gym session 50-60mins
tueseday: off - blizzard in chicago last night
32 minutes and some light weight work
