Actually, Josphat posted it yesterday. But boots on the ground know the reality. And the reality is that he has his training group and coach in Kapsabet. Nice of Josphat though, to appease the old Swede.

Yes, boots on the ground know reality is what I have told and what Josphat confirms. He has his running mates in his training group( one of them I coached some years ago to take a silver medal in the East African Champs 1500m juniors) and I give the workouts and Jsp execute them.🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

Sure, sure. But that is not the thread topic. Do you think running 6 times in 29 days is good training? And where is the aerobic work? Runs longer than 15 minutes?

There's no need for longer sustained easy runs to get in shape. It can be done with interval running . When my shape is really good I will switch to my Dancan system where the runner mix easy steady runs with maxVO2 and lactate threshold intervals. Right now I still have problems with a strong cold I have got about 2 weeks now. Hope I will recover good in coming week. 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

How many months before race day will you switch to Dancan?
