Today; for 40:50, AHR 147 MHR 161. A fairly solid workout.
long and easy today...about 98 min.
I'm happy some of us have not let this thread die. Lets keep posting and hopefully the powers-that-be will save us from this limbo. I'm still not sure what happened. I noticed they purged some of the posts of that troll, but our good stuff is still here. Rock on!
Yesterday (Fri.), no run.
Today;
Steady pace for 33:44, picked up tempo for last 9:40. AHR 145 MHR 161. A 43:25 run.
Curious or I should say, peturbed here. why is this thread had some contents at beginning, deleted and also this never seems to be raised to pg. 1 on message board? I have the link for this handy so's I don't completly lose this thread.
Not sure what happened here, vic. You're right about some selective editing going on. What's up with that? It seems like someone has it out for Skuj, as it seems his posts are being removed. (I had nothing to do with that, btw.)
Anyway, I'll start another thread for posting daily runs. I'll provide a link here, just in case some of us want to visit occasionally.

Walk cooldown.
recovery run 30 minutes
Today; altogether 31 even min. run.
4:12 warm up HR 127 MHR 131.
22:34 steady pace AHR 152 MHR 161.
4:14 warm down HR 134, 129 on finishing.

did 500's yesterday, stay smooth first 400 at mile pace, then hall butt last 100.
today 4 mile recovery run. keeping recovery runs under 4 miles now, been having some hematurria from the 10mile long runs.
Today:

Yesterday, no run.
Today, 39:54, some hills. AHR 142 MHR 152.
Yesterday (Fri.) no run.
Today, for 52:19. some hills through the Uplands. AHR 138 MHR 150.
Cooler day, noticeably lower HR despite pace & effort.
Today (Sun.), for 29:29. Part of same route done yesterday.
Easyish for first 13 plus min., regular pace for remainder.
some 90 strides (count taken each time left foot touches)
1:01 & 1:02...aiming at quick leg turnover during 2nd. part of run.......Gawd WHAT DISAPPOINTING WEATHER..HATE THE RAIN WITH A PASSION!!!!!!!!!!!!.....just heard how next few days are going to suck!!!!!!
Too bad for those involved in the cycling criterion downtown!! Believe you me this without a doubt has been a crappy Summer!!! We DON'T NEED THIS MUCH RAIN, ESPECIALLY AFTER LAST YR. WINTER, MY FLOODED BACK YARD, HUH??
