Would love to hear your ideas. I'd like to help partially fund a group if folks get serious about this...won't be a ton, but perhaps rent or shoes/equipment -- something like that.

Besides Jorge, who would be seriously interested in this? I am obviously only looking for serious runners.
i know i have disappeared off the scene but if that oppurtunity came up i would be game.
I think it's a Great IDEA
I would be game aswell.
I would be interested. I was going to make a big post about how my times/accolades aren't up to everyone else's, but in time, I know I can improve and be an asset to such a group. I'm in a situation where I'm seriously contemplating grad school, and working part time and training with PSAC guys would be amazing.
Please email if you are serious about the idea and we can talk more.

Wow...sounds like you guys are really thinking about making a good run at this. Lock Haven is a cheap area to live, so that might be a good start. It would be great to see it come together. I'd be interested in stopping by to check it out, but I'm probably not leaving The Bay Area anytime soon...weather is just too nice, with a ton of options for runs.
Think Pryde would want to join this group, he has some of the best accolades of some of the younger alumni with his 3:47 and 14:17 pr's?
I think this could be the beginning of somthing amazing with the PSAC. A little off Topic, why isn't Spidell running this fall for Lock?
I am working on looking for the right house right now that will fit 5 athletes comfortably. I have a few agents that I am speaking with at the moment. Please be patient on this...I promise...this will happen, well I will atleast have an empty house on my hands.
man this would be sweet
email address is wildcat_jb_01@hotmail.com i would be interested in hearing any information. obviously can't commit until i hear full details but i would like to be considered. jorge, what happened to the running club thing you had going for you in DC?
Hey Helfrick...good to hear you are still alive. The team I run for now is Pacers. I will continue to run for them even when I move up to IUP. They are a great team, but the only problem I had here was the training in DC, specially around the area where I live, was too hectic for me. Too much traffic. I prefer a more relaxed environment and they understood that. We will be running XC Club Nationals in December so I am pumped for that. Peace out.

So how did everyone do at Paul short invt.
sheeety...I ran 27:15 or something, pissed about that effort.
TP won the d2/d3 race
Right now, I'm still student teaching in Millersville, and training 5 days a week. When I finally graduate this fall, I'll have decisions to make. I wish to train for an overseas marathon (probably Connemara in Galway Ireland in April). Unfortunately, I don't think the house thing would work for me. I'm too attached to southeast PA. Ask Stallings, he's still training.
Who the hell would want to live with stallings, even if you get this lucky to train full time.
TEEPEE, nice run.
you would have done well in the bigger race.
who the hell was the guy who went out in 4:40?
27.28---- cool course, I agree with shizzy who the heck goes out a 4.40.
I think the guy who went out in 4:40 in the white race was Julius Rono of Roberts Wesleyan. He finished right ahead of Blood last year in the championship section. Did he drop out? looks like he was still racing at the 4 mile mark, but then I had to warm up for my biggest waste of 25 bucks yet.
Anyone else think heat was a factor?

5x1000m w/60s rest, is this a fair indicator for a 5k and 10k or just 5k?
