Weight problems are an issue for epicureans, of which Jan is one. IKEA, Sverige, has an abundance of ready made meals, like meatballs with potatoes, and delicious cookies and Swedish chocolates which are hard to resist. J.S. is also loyal to Pizza establishments, accompanied by Swedish beer.
Work in progress.
Jan is just plain lazy. He considers a long walk "a workout" and he can only do that about once a week. Walking is easily something he could be doing every day regardless of how much snow is on the ground.
He could even walk when he has one of his regular bouts of the sniffles.
yes, Jan even posted the name of an athlete. He supposedly coaches told us to look it up on Strava. I think that post got deleted.
Yes, I saw it too.It was the master athlete Dallin Dyer. Jan has really done a great job there. In one of Dyers late posts he reported a threshold workout 10 by 1 k at 5:15 mile pace. It's all there on strava.

Hehe )) of course you all know this it`s me Fat Jan,once again trying to scam you . Dallin rans those times but I`m not his coach.I think I am really stupid writing this posts pretending I`m not me , but what can I do?I am just stupid - 👋🧙♂️🇸🇪
It's tomorrow! How are you going to approach this, Janne? Early time trial before work or later in the day? Are you going for an easy run today or rest?
There's been a rash of deleted posts, but I believe one of those had Jan saying that today (Wednesday) was a rest day. He compared it to the lead-up to a big race, LOL. No idea what the mods are doing with all the deletions, but at least one of the removed ones had more Jan lies about how he supposedly coaches African elites (he does not, of course).
I contacted a couple of the African elites Jan has told he coached/ coach and to my surprise they all confirmed Jan really coached them.

Really looking forward to the test tomorrow. Did JS say anything about it in the deleted posts?
Most of the deleted posts written by a fake handle who used a little L instead of my I in the registered handle COACH WIZARD 1.One of the posts deleted written by me where I told my TT to try run a 4 min 1000 m on treadmill will actually happen tomorrow and I just added my coached runners are close to new races now and my best elite runner the Kenyan J.Kipchirchir had a fine threshold 25 x 400m @ 66-67 sec with 30 sec rest and told me it felt very easy .

Excellent! Looking forward to it!
Just to make things clear, you are not Josphat Kipchirchir's coach.

I am his coach and you have to live with it even if you don't like it. 😁🤣😉🧙🏼♂️

Look Jan, we all know why you're so desperate to falsely claim this runner as your coached athlete. You're trying to build your brand and feed your ego as a supposedly-elite coach. (a peer of Canova, you've even had the gall to claim)
You struck gold when you met Sammy in Sweden, and he agreed to openly associate with you. An actual high-level African runner working with some nobody on the internet, Jan Stensson. And maybe not a nobody for long, right? Just ride Sammy's results to feed your ego. Never mind that Sammy didn't really use your system (he ran typical African high mileage).
But then Sammy started to go downhill -- maybe he listened to you a little too much -- and you needed a new meal ticket. So you have this other contact you met (stalked) on social media. He's a young guy, and didn't know to steer clear of a snake like you. Now you spin these casual contacts into a made-up coaching relationship (a new Sammy), and here we are.
Jan, you are way too easy to read. Now go rest up for that big TT tomorrow.
I think Jan may even go down to the gym, run 4 minutes on the treadmill, cover whatever distance, and then come here and brag about having run 1km in that time or just under. And he will go on to say how amazing it is that at his age he is still so fast.
One thing is for sure. There will be no way to prove anything. But he may say he has footage of the time trial and will prove everything "one day".

I think he'll have the decency to put the treadmill on 4:00 per km. Whether that pace is doable though I'll have to doubt.

I guess that's a possibility. It would be really cool to have a live broadcast or even a video to watch later.

The days plan like this.....I quit work at 5 pm and then go down to the gym nearby. First I will do a good warmup and put the treadmill on 5 min / km easy pace warm up and then will be ready to test the 4 min/ k pace for some short strides. Then the main test will follow and try a 4 min 1000m. If it goes fine I have the idea to even test 3:45 and 3:30 min/ k for some shorter reps. And I will of course not lie about this test. If it doesn't go well I will tell so and I have to just keep on good training.Thrilling indeed. Feels like before a more important race back in my national elite days.
