Slow morning run, a bit humid, five miles in the books. Hate running in the morning, but have to do a happy hour tonight with friends.

Another VO2max workout today. 20' w/u, drills/accels, 5 x 1000 @ 100% vVO2max with equal rest, 20' c/d, stretch, massage (I'd love to tell you more about this part, but suffice to say I had the same issue as the last time and this time Coach took care of it!!).
Rock on, everybody!
Day off (hey, I did a double yesterday!).
I've been sidelined after some oral surgery. Should be back soon.

Or, you are getting tired of posting lies to yourself every day, Hammy-Skujins-Running Dogg?

Go to DyeStat. Do not pass "GO". Do not collect $200.
Did a nice 65' recovery run today w/o Coach. The weather was just lovely. A few striders and stretching to wrap up. Great stuff!
I hope you all have positive running experiences this weekend too!
45 minute very hilly run followed by a pair of all out 400s on the track and an easy jog. Felt good. Didn't time the 400s but they felt fast.
I was able to get through an easy half-hour run today without any problems. I'll try to move it up a bit tomorrow.
60' run with about 25' at tempo pace. That's it today.
Got it up to 35 minutes today before my head started throbbing a bit. I'm afraid I'm still feeling the after effects of the surgery. But it's getting better.
No run Fri., Sat., Sunday.
Monday: Block run, steady pace. A 34:58 min. run.
Today: Block run mixed pace, AHR 143 MHR 158. Ran for 22:08
Well, up until 13 days ago I had built back up to a comfortable 120 miles/week base mileage. When I say comfortable, I do mean comfortable. Most of it just light aerobic miles and then some drills, strides and barefoot running. Hills and tempo running a bit too. But, as is my luck, something always has to screw up my training. 13 days of no runs now, due to something I can only think is Mono. Ahh, even to go run a mile right now would be nice. So tired....must go sleep now...nighty night.
7.7 miles really easy (7:50/mile pace). Had a woman wave hi at me on my way out. Caught up with her and passed her on my way back. She was wearing the skimpiest black shorts I've ever seen, but had the body to pull it off. Tall, fairly skinny, and what may have been some fake bre*sts. Did I pass a stripper on my run this evening? The shorts and booty inside were unreal!
Good to hear from you, Vic. Sorry about the illness. SWM. And that sounds like it was a very good run for you, Tedjo.
Another good track workout for me today: 20' w/u, accels, 2 x (1600, 1200, 800) rest=work, 20' c/d. No lifting or massage. Lots of stretching and an ice bath. Good!!
I took the day off yesterday. Today did 35 minutes again, this time with no problems. Hopefully will try a little more tomorrow.
Good for you, Hammy! Keep at it.
A day off for me today. :-)
