EK pops his head up again with the western conspiracy theory. Face the facts EK, PED usage is rampant in Kenya. Spend more of your energy and imagination on cleaning up Kenyan athletics.
I believe doping in pill ? obsessed America and science ? driven Western Europe is near UNIVERSAL. But how many have been caught in recent years? A few? No, NONE! ZERO! NADA! RIEN! NIENTE! They don’t even have the decency to throw in a some token busts to pretend their systems are working somewhat. Not a single doper in cultures where neighbourhood gyms are saturated pharmaceuticals? HA! Do me a favour.
Kenyan controls are clearly working. Your doping systems, on the other hand, are BROKEN evidenced by lack of results. And that’s the truth!
The truth...
The truth is Kenya is a very very corrupt country within a very vey corrupt continent and where everything can be paid off if you remain in favor/favour.
The truth is Kenyan distance athletes were exposed, a long time ago, to shady European (Italian, E German) coaches that were able to experiment with unsuspecting athletes. I’ll give you that Kenya was corrupted by the West and whites some time ago. That time has passed and it is Kenyans, themselves, that continue the practices learned.
The truth is some Kenyan distance athletes that show promise at a young age are introduced to PED’s at the early age of 16, birth certificate documents falsified and cheat their way from World Youth Championships (now has ended partly due to age cheating abuses), World Junior Championships and the World T&F Championships.
The truth is Kenya’s NGB is corrupt, what testing that does take place is telegraphed ahead of time, athletes that test positive are extorted for cash by officials, access to PED’s is easy and acceptable practice.
All of what I say has been documented and exposed yet many continue to get away with it.
Being successful at running is one of the few peaceful ways to get ahead in life in Kenya. Within Kenyan society it is acceptable practice to break the rules because they see everyone else doing it.
El K, why don’t you accept the truth and channel your energy and creativity to change what IS taking place in Kenya and stop with your hatred and your tired excuses.
