eh ?
you are one nonsensing
Blake and Bolt don't need to contest with made up times
clueless
9.82 easing down 15m out in a prelim in 60+F when blake/bolt had 80/90F
Blake ran 9.69 so he actually bettered your totally made up 9.70 time, in real life
is this a joke ??
Coleman ran it in a prelim easing off 15m out in 60+F
flat-out in 80/90F that wouda been deep into the 9.6s
Blake's 9.69 was into a -0.1 also
in flat out race in much hotter weather
So that makes it more like a 9.63/9.64 with the wind Coleman had
perhaps 0.03/0.04s quicker than Coleman if flat-out & 80/90F of lausanne
blake also year older at the time
Essentially you are taking a 9.82 with a 1.3m/s wind and saying that it is as good as Blake who ran 9.69 into a -0.1
is this a joke ???
do you not understand "jogging last 15m" ???
do you not understand 60+F compared to 80/90 ???
Why do you even post here?
considering this laughable, why do you ?
What's more, how many times has Blake beaten Bolt in a major champs....
when bolt got terrified in '11 & dq'ed so he coud run away'n'hide
hey vent no one cares about your stupidity and annoying cut and paste.
here is a little heads up....NO ONE LIKES YOU

How many women can stand to be around your loser a_s? Zero. Saying that everyone cheats is why losers like you have to pay for sex, if they have any money.
Or, like you, they just don't get laid at all
I have to pay for sex, hell I have to pay for chicks to wash my fat ass cuz I can't reach it. They also help me urinate since I can't see it under my belly(it's also tiny)
But man, at least I get paid and laid. How's your moms basement holding out?
Stiffyback wrote:You predicted he would run 9.7x
err...
did it need stating i expected that in final in assumed 80/90F with flat out run ???
he jogged last 15m in likely 60+F, which wouda been into 9.7s if he just run hard last 15m in F still 20 or 30 short of ideal sprint weather !!!
He ran 9.8x
stoopid effort in prelim
I guess it is you who should be surprised?
shocked at such exuberance in prelim
i expected 9.9-high effort in prelim to cruise to final
9.82 easing down was ridiculous waste of energy
Anyway, I don't think anybody is too surprised, he was expected by everybody to go well sub 10. 9.7x would have surprised everybody except you, though
i said so
9.82 which wouda been already into 9.7s if flat out last 15m + dip even with nonsense 60+F weather
Just admit you were wrong for the prelims, we'll see if you were right after the finals
eh ???
wrong when assumming his coach + pa + neighbourhood junkyard dog wouda told him to cruise to 9.97/9.9.98 in prelim & he foolishly runs 9.82 ???
the weather is going to terrible for final
it thus comes down to looking at runs in bad weather
if he runs close to this run which is generally considered one of the best runs in miserable weather sans bolt, then Coleman solidifies his incredible talent :

Yeah, "I said" and it didn't get much traction. What about the posts that you're full of bullshit on, where are those. Man you are one insecure human being.

I said in a post several months ago that Coleman was special. That post didn't get much traction, but I knew come outdoors people will be talking about him. When he ran 6.45 in 60m, I thought it was a fluke; that's faster than Bromell or DeGrasse ever ran in the NCAA and as a pro. I checked his stats and realized he ran 6.47 last year and several low 6.50s. For comparison 6.50 usually means sub-10 in the 100m, unless you are one of those 60m specialist. Then Coleman ran 20.11 indoors and it was a rap. 6.45 and 20.11 on an indoor track said there is no way this guy is not going to be great at the 100m.
With all of that said, I doubt Coleman will run faster than 9.82 this season, but I don't see anyone else running faster either.
I'm 6'3', 199 lbs. To be blunt, you'd lose stick boy.

calculo is correct about NCAA specified location for the wind gauge.
And it is a brand new Gill gauge, as is all of the hardware for the NCAA Championship meet.

Shut up
oh so you are accepting of vents behavior? well just wait till he does 15 comments in a row that are 9 paragraphs long insulting people and making up mythical times.
in fact since you are so fond of the guy, why not ask him about jim ryuns 3:24 1500m, 1:39 800, and 43 flat 400 speed.
trust in vent, his calculator never lies
Currently he's the only guy looking at 9;75.
my prediction is that for the 100 and 200 at hayward is "fast" like monaco is for the 1500m
he wont touch that time again this year. he is a 9.93 guy, so he has gained .10 from the track. is it short? is it aided with some sort of wind

It's a computer program...no surprises there.

no
learn to read
i reckoned his fully-rested 1-off speed on a '70s track off this total sludge was ~ 44-low at 18y in the brief clip at butt-end
https://video.lib.ku.edu/items/show/1526he was just showing nearly Korir speed at 18y off great physiognomy at 6'2
"biggest thighs i ever saw on a middle distance runner & he's 6'2 !!!"
according to santee, the guy who aimed too late to be 1st < 4'00 but showed how good he was in his miscalculation by running 1500 WR en-route at attempt at mile WR !!!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1500_metres_world_record_progressionKid was hugely better at 20y...

Big thighs, yes, the classic sign of a world class 1500m runner...
