Human muscles can do 10.5 and sub 30 just fine. It is the 47 for 400m that does not make sense. THAT is what human muscles cannot do given the other 2 times.
I've trained with, competed against and/or personally have known some of the fastest combination 400/800 types in history. Alberto Juantorena and Mark Everett for example ran much faster than this athlete in the 400m (44 low) and neither of them could run a 10.5 in the 100m. Perhaps these athletes may have run 10.5 in their youth when they trained specifically for sprints, but once they started training for the 400/800 their raw sprint speed decreased. The idea that someone running over 100mpw and is capable of running 29x in a 10K defies and can also run a 10.5 100m defies everything I know muscle types. Long distance runners are usually very inefficient at sprinting and sprinters are usually very inefficient at running long distance.
