2016 NESCAC Cross Country

Besides Ben Decker, the rest of the Williams team consists of complete scrubs.

Peter Hale? He's a Scrub

Griffin Colaizzi? Scrub

Noah Williams? Scrub

Bart Simpson? Oh my God, what a complete scrub

The rest of the NESCAC consists of teams that are not made up entirely of scrubs.

Amherst? Not one scrub

Tufts? Absolutely no scrubs allowed

Colby? Maybe like one or two scrubs

My honest prediction: Williams will come in last place at NESCACs. If this Vassar meet has proven anything, it's that the entire Williams squad - sans Ben Decker - are Grade-A scrub material.

Get ready for the battle of your lives, Williams. You're in for a rude awakening come November.

Their recruits are even better than their grammar, which is impeccable if I do say so myself.

Should be a very strong and competitive year with several teams returning most if not all of their top runners. Williams has to be the favorite with 5 of their top 8 runners returning from last year championship team while Tufts and Amherst both look strong. I wouldn't be surprised to see the position be filled by a younger 'cac assistant. Nick Lehman at Williams, Schmidt at Tufts, or Maher at Amherst. All have good experience and could fit the bill.

Though, perhaps the women's coach will just take over and run the show for a few years.

People see Tufts results from this weekend. Expect them to come back from regionals DEVASTATED.

Looks to be almost the same results as last year. They will be fine.

Both Nichols and O'Connor ran very well, they look as good as we all thought they would be. Bates looked very deep and James Jones, who is a freshmen, looks like he could make an impact this season. Result looks good for Colby who put 4 in front of Bates's 1 last week while sitting their top 2.
