No "I" in team.
But there is one in WIN. (Since we're playing pithy aphorisms.)
Is that why she uprooted her family from Austin, Tx to Bend, OR.
[quote[Maton and his mother, Michelle, met with Turnbull and other school officials in order to find a resolution to the matter.
In order to return to the team the school asked of Maton that he sign a contract with stipulations about his conduct at practices and meets.
Maton declined to sign it.[/quote]
Good for Maton.
The coach is most definitely a jackass and apparently the school administration as well.
Way agree! Young senior I coach went high all American at Footlocker this year. He, and others there, said Maton was the most liked and fun to hang out with. Everyone knew he was a bit sick days before Footlocker. Maton was great with all the runners and they appreciated it. So, are all his team mates going to help him out at Oregon? Once he leaves HS he will probably never see or hear from his HS wacko or his other HS team mates. Its over ,done and years from now he won't even remember what went down with his HS nutball. You guys have no idea how insane it is to bring a elite like Maton on...when you have to deal with these complete psycho HS coaches. TRY it.

You barely have a grasp over the English language - how is it you are a coach?
My guy said the same thing. The guy everyone had a good experience speaking with, at Footlocker, was Matthew Maton.
