So how did everyone do?
I wanted a sub 2:50 marathon but was bugged by PF most of the year and didn't race one.
Blew a calf muscle. My total mileage for the year is probably in the single digits.
1. Be consistent in running for the full year - minimum 2,000 miles
2. Stay healthy
3. Sub 1:25 HM / 3:00 Marathon in second half of the year (running my first full in a week and I plan to go out the first half in 3:15 pace)
Bit late to be setting 2013 goals?
