Don't worry. Tim Tebow and The Broncos will be curshed by Tom Brady and the Patriots. Let's watch how a real QB plays the game.

As opposed to having relations with ladies of the same sex?

Is Tim Tebow truly convinced that God has something to do with the results of his football games BUT not in the result of the 17 children under the age of five who die every single minute on average worldwide?
According to the WSJ Tebow has said God does not care who wins football games:
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203413304577084770973155282.htmlAlthough I see today Tebow's Pastor in Denver is saying today God is playing a roll.
However it is clear that God's favorite is Aaron Rodgers.
And a shout out to Not_Ryan_Hall I had never seen your tweest before.
Pre. Both charismatic and overrated.

Don't be surprised if Denver is now a playoff team for years to come under Tebow.
Just like Miami did when they started running the Wildcat?
The Fish's Wildcat years remind us that a team can get away with a "non-NFL" offense for a while, maybe long than you'd normally guess, but eventually the league catches up. The Wildcat was supposed to the The New Thing in offenses, but no one runs it more than a few plays a game anymore, because defenses adjusted.

These children most often dying under the watchful eyes of parents who are praying harder than that hateful POS.

Wait. Ok. I had to laugh at the idea that an intelligent being denies the existence of intelligence greater than his own. Classic Lucifer move, good one.
People really need to learn something. God created angelic beings. Angelic beings, in one moment of eternity past, all experienced a simultaneous judgement. In that judgement 1/3 of the angels were cast out of God's grace. That "fall" was passed on to men (in Eden). Again, that rebellion was inherited as man rebelled against God's commandment (no eating from that tree).
Anyway...sin = death. We all die. Babies, old people...everyone. That was not God's plan, but we're disobedient sinners like the devil, our fleshly father. So...stop playing the starving African baby card. We're all starving for God...and that's about all there is to it.
La la la la la...
In his 8 games, Tebow has thrown 2 picks. One game they lost, the other they should have lost (last Sunday). Tebow at his best isn't very good when compared to other quarterbacks, but he rarely messes up. This would be equivalent to a runner that doesn't have super good PRs but always runs close to their PR when they race.
Lukas Verzbicas
How about Ramzi? Was pretty average up until his big breakthrough. Never did much until it mattered (olympic and world champ golds without the greatest results prior). Highly religious. Is tim a drug cheat?
Nick Willis
1) The Unheralded All-American, who was rated below Webb in college and early pro-career.
2) Didn't have the experts stamp of approval as a serious contender until shocking the world until after Beijing.
3) Has completely believed in himself and those around him
4)Despite everything, who is most feared in the 1500 when the bell rings
5) He finds a way to medal podium finishes down the stretch - most of the time opportunistically with brilliance and will...

You literally sound insane here. I know it's hard to see it from your perspective, but it's true.

i like that one
Billy Mills. Pretty sure that didn't make any sense, either.
Imane Merga. He's like the fullback of distance running. Not afraid to run at the linebackers (Chris Solinsky), and always has a ridiculous smile after races...and he's huge
Anybody say Will Leer yet? Dude gets lots of streetcred for a rather slow PR...But seems to do well when it counts. But like Tebows throws, his races are all over the place
Some guy we have all never heard of because he is so less talented than the top performers
The criteria need to be set first and then the fit:
1. Conservative bible thumper.
2. Charismatic beyond everyone else.
3. Much hyped and hugely successful at the 'amateur' level.
4. Skills and stats do not measure up to the pros.
5. Nonetheless has a great won/loss record in the regular season because he closes well.
6. Either loved or hated: divisive.
Many fit #1. Few distance runners fit #2. Prefontaine clearly. Geb. Prefontaine also fits #3, #4, #5, and #6 (just not a bible thumper, to my knowledge). He did not win world championships or get Olympic medals, but he also died at 24 with American records at every distance from 2k to 5k, if not 10k. Hall fits #1, not perfect at #3 but some national championships, rarely performs outside of marathons, lacks a good kick. Centro has a great kick and great record with no world championships but already a medal, he had a great college career, he has some charisma, he was not the most hyped amateur, and I don't know about the religion. Simpson was very much hyped as an amateur, is religious, is not that charismatic, her collegiate performances were great but in the pros she has not run any super fast times while still having a terrific kick when it really counted at world's. She is neither loved, nor hated. Lagat is never much of an underdog. Bekele is almost always the overdog and lacks the Haile charisma. Webb and Ritz and Rupp all have the message board charisma (their names inspire long threads), and Webb has real charisma (was on Letterman, did those flexing things after winning huge races), did the primal screams. Ritz and Rupp are both religious but not always in our face about it. Both perform very well, were much hyped, had great amateur careers, but were not good closers.
