Men's High Jump and Men's 5000m
I guess it's obvious that its NOT the men's 800m

Clearly the 3k world record isn't going to be broken, 7:20 that is just insane. Daniel Komen is a freak of nature.
I'm surprised nobody has metioned the 800 or mile yet...like a 1:41.xx and 3:43.18, those not going down for a loooong time.
I see bolts records lasting a while, but I think hes juicing so those don't count to me.
Observer guy,
If you had observed the trend (DAvid Rudisha's progression) carefully, you'd have observed that it was soon coming-the WR i.e. It only took 11 days to bring the 0.11 seconds down to 0.09.

Rudisha, A 21 YEAR OLD KID, just ran 141.51 so I wouldn't be surprised if the 800m WR goes down very soon, at most 2 years.
The mile/1500m seem safe for now but there seems to be alot of young talent (Gregson, Wheating, Kiplagat, Kiprop). Kiplagat just ran 329.xx and was basically and unknown before so who knows his true capabilities. I believe Kiprop can make a legitimate run at it given his ability at 800 (143.17) as well as 1500/mile.
You were spot on jyit.

With that in mind, which WR of the current crop do you think will be the last to fall?
I'm guessing FloJo's 10.49, because it was doped AND the wind gauge was faulty AND she ran an excellent race.
All women's records and men's records in the 400-800 m.
All women were doped to the heels and men in the 400-800 m don't have enough efficient doping stuffs that could influence performance in the same way like in shorter and longer distances.
Wow, wow, wow!

Holy Shit this post was accurate
Unless someone comes up with a new calculator, Jim Ryun's 3:24 mile WR.
