The "experts" and running shoe companies have driven it into our heads that we need to purchase shoes that are moderately expensive and purchase them often i.e, every 500 miles.
What a waste of time, people have to be take more initiative.
2 years ago I found a pair of New Balance 767's in 2e for $37 on 6pm.com. That took me 5 minutes. I didn't need some moron to give me BS "expert fit analysis".
Half of my running clothes I buy from my local thrift store, and they're good brands(nike, adidas, asics, etc).
Is it really that hard?
