Ignoring long-term health/nutritional benefits all-together:
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Taking nutritional benefits into account:
Kashi Go Lean or Cheerios.
Count Chocula, with Cookie Crisp as my 2nd choice.

You guys are going to think that I am joking, but when I was younger, about ages 16-20, this was one of hte first questions I would ask girls that I was interested in, but I would gve them the option to choose 3 cereals for the rest of their life. Sounds stupid, but for some reason, 4/5 girls loved to ponder and talk about it. It got the conversations moving. Worked like a charm.
A lucky charm, perhaps?
How about good old Rice Krispies? Can't get sick of those!
If I don't care about health:
Waffle Crisp
Taking my health into account:
Grape Nuts
Crispix and Cracklin Oat Bran are both amazing! Same with Honey Nut Cheerios, Multi-grain Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and any granola.
im really torn between frosted mini wheats and cinnamon life
Trader Joe's "Nature's Path Hemp Plus Granola"
Don't laugh, the stuff is delicious and NO I don't get the munchies afterwards.
Easy - Kellogg's Crunch Nut Cornflakes.
Quaker oat squares. Pricey, but if you can get them on sale they are terrific.
Frosted Mini Wheats or Fruity Pebbles...
Easy... LIFE! There's 3 different varieties! Can't go wrong! :)
Frosted Cheerios
If Wheaties Fuel sticks around it might bump to the top.
Taking health into consideration or not, the choice is the same for me.
Nature's Path - Optimum Blueberry Cinnamon Cereal
Cheerios multi-grain because it has all the different types of cheerios mixed into one super-awesome-never-boring-ever kind of taste.
corn bran squares are a close second though
Now maybe I'm crazy, but I think I remember there being a cereal in the early 90's that was just mini poptarts. From what I remember they were delicious.
Quaker Ohs or Wheat Chex
what are the circumstances of why i have to eat only one cereal for the rest of my life? trapped on an island? bad relationshit? i'm poor? i die after eating that last bowl? either way i would pick cinnamon toast crunch, mainly cause i like to see my what i am tasting.
2nd the Peanut Butter Puffins.
I can't speak from experience, but I can only assume that is what crack is like. Especially after a run, eating a cereal that is a little sweat and a little salty just hits the spot.
This thread brings back memories of the great Cornell Lucky Charms caper. Someone out there must still have the video of this?
