At the 1987 Missouri State High School Meet Jason Pyrah did the following on a single day running for Class 3A (small school) Willard:
4 x 800: 1:52 split
1600m: 4:03.5
800m: 1:51.6
3200m: 9:07.5
All by himself... Ridiculous. You can probably count on one hand the number of prep runners who could have pulled this off.
