There might be 25% of the top 25 in the world who are "legal" with their "supplements". And I'd bet every one of them is doing Salazar type shadiness and pushing right up against the legal limits.
Umm.... OP said only "pretty suspicious" about "sub 13:10", not - as you falsely claimed - "can’t run faster than Marty Liquori, Dick Quax, and Matt Centrowitz did in the 70s-80s without being dopers". OP said that only about sub 13 ("sub-13:00 is definitely unachieveable without performance enhancing drugs"). I think OP is wrong but of course can't prove that.
And of course you are poorly informed: none of these three ran "sub 13:10". Quax was the fastest with his 13:12.87.
