The middle class and the poor are not doing well because of inflation.
Anyone with half a brain knows you don't grocery shop with your 401k.
Thats cool, then they shouldn’t specifically mention a 401k. Perhaps you should read what I wrote again.
And inflation is global.
The world runs on oil and oil is traded in US dollars.
The US dollar is the global currency.
When the US inflates it's currency by printing trillions of dollars and spending money it does not have at historic deficit levels it impacts the entire globe.
This is really a no win situation for Biden. If he proves his mental fitness, then he should face trial, just like Trump (since they face the same charge). If he is incompetent to proceed with a trial, then the 25th amendment should be invoked.

Just wait until you hear which US president ranks third all time in terms of increasing the national debt relative to the size of the economy!! Rhymes with Rump. But as we all know, economic forces lead to instantly realized ramifications in our economy. So my smooth brains knows this is Biden’s fault!

Forget the fact that the Republican prosecutor who wrote this hit piece recommended not pressing charges - and even specifically mentioned that even if a sitting president were able to be charged, he would come to the same conclusion. Ready fire aim!
Joe Biden is not the man to worry about. That would be Trump, Putin's puppy, the guy who unsuccessfully tried to overthrow the United States government in 2021.

There are recordings of him disclosing confidential information to someone not cleared for such. When Trump did the same, your side wanted him shot for treason. Why is one a crime worth pursuing and not the other?

The following are direct quotes from the report.
“Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite,” …. “According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it.”
“In contrast, Mr. Biden alerted authorities, turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice in 2022 and 2023, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, permitted the seizure and review of handwritten notebooks he believed to be his personal property, and in numerous other ways cooperated with the investigation.”
“The last questions are much more difficult,” Trump said. “Like a memory question. It’s, uh, like you’ll go, ‘Person, woman, man, camera, TV.’ So they say, ‘Could you repeat that?’ So I said, ‘Yeah.’ So it’s ‘person, woman, man, camera, TV.’"
"The doctors said very few people can do that, very few get that."

Donald Trump, 2020
When asked the same question Biden answered, "Person, person? My son died in Iraq! You know the thing!"

But sure, no difference here.
Everyone is compliant when the other guy gets beat up first.
1) Biden was the best person to beat Trump in 2020, and so Democrats chose him. I prefered Amy Klobuchar, but I understood the thinking in 2020 to choose Biden. As progressive as Democrats like to say they are, they still aren't ready to give a woman a shot at the Presidency. So, not a mistake for the DNC to back Biden. We were in a crisis with Trump, and we had to put out the fire first and foremost. Biden did that. Yes, we're in a not-perfect situation now just because he's so old, but we had to get Trump out of there, and Biden was the best shot to do that.
2) You are correct about Trumpers, especially, burying their heads in the sand about the truth about Trump. He is facing all of the charges he is now due to grand juries and testimony from REPUBLICANS. This is no partisan witch hunt. Trump is a criminal and the law is acting accordingly.
3) As much as Democrats aren't ready to vote for a woman for President, Republicans are even further away from doing so. Haley has NO shot at getting elected President as a Republican. The fact that she's Indian American hurts her too with that bunch.
Republicans don't care that Hayley is a woman or Indian-American they care that she's a neo-con establishment swamp creature.
INCORRECT! As a GROUP, Republicans are the most sexist, racist political group in this country (I don't consider the KKK and other hate groups to be "political" groups).

After Donald Trump proposes an ideology test for potential Muslim immigrants, Jordan Klepper quizzes the presidential hopeful's supporters.Watch full episode...
Since the media refuses to report on it, let me share what happens at a typical Trump speech:
1. He comes out to the playing of the “January 6 Anthem” song which he recorded with some of the most dangerous J6 rioters in jail. 2. He brags how his song with the J6 rioters gets more downloads than Taylor Swift (it does not) 3. He spends a few minutes talking about passing cognitive exams, and how the audience would not pass the exam, but because he is really smart (he is not) he is able to ace the exam. 4. He praises Viktor Orban, the leader of Hungary, who Trump says is the most respected leader in Europe (he is not). 5. He praises President Xi and says he is very strong and rules over 1 billion people with an iron fist and Hollywood couldn’t find an actor as tough as President Xi. 6. He praises Putin and says people say it’s a bad thing he gets along with Putin but he thinks it’s a good thing. 7. He makes weird noises reenacting lifting weights with a trans woman and he says “mommy I can’t do it. Mommy. Ughhh, uhh, mommy help me.” 8. He says he doesn’t like seeing President Biden at the beach and says he has a better body than Biden (he does not) 9. He talks about his hatred of windmills and his hatred of electric cars. He says he would rather be electrocuted than eaten by sharks however. 10. He praises the J6 insurrectionists and calls them hostages. 11. He whines about his court cases, attacks prosecutors, judges, and witnesses, and then praises “the great Alphonse Capone” and brags he was indicted more than Capone. 12. He quotes Hitler and says immigrants are poisoning the blood of our country. 13. He says he wants to be a dictator on day 1. 14. He plays QAnon music, audience members often make QAnon sign with their hands, and he talks about how America is a failing nation. 15. He does a weird dance and leaves.

I haven't bothered to read this thread because it's pretty obvious what the general content will be, but it should be clear that the commentary in the report was not made by a medical professional of any sort. It was an opinion, which may or may not have been politically motivated. Does Biden stumble over his words? Sure. He has a speech impediment and he's over 80. Does he confuse Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi multiple times? No. If you look at the average Biden speech vs. the average Trump speech, it's pretty clear that the one with true failing mental capacities is the latter. And in the bigger picture, it's what Biden has accomplished, particularly with the economy, that should be on the table in November. Trump's 4 years were truly disastrous for this country. Biden has brought us back to economic strength, and international respect. The choice is clear this November. You either vote for the continuation of democracy, or you vote for the abyss.
