He might be bummed to miss the oly standard by 2 seconds, but 13:07 for Morgan McDonald is a 5-6 seconds PR (previous 13:13 in 2021). He’s had a really rough injury cycle since the last Olympics so excited to see how he does the rest of this year!

That’s about 13:02 pace so right around where they need to be, they have time to ramp up the pace latet
