Considering it’s an accumulation of gains that you get, I mean 3:30 peak is possible. Depending on what he’s on, he’d be able to train more, recover better, have a more efficient aerobic system, slow or reduce fatiguing… like probably all the reasons why banned substances are banned.
Personally I don’t care if he’s on gear because I can see through the charade. It’s a sleazy sales technique though. The real issue is that there are still a lot of gullible people who believe if they buy a bunch of his supps, anything is possible.
