Don’t worry, I know you’re far too gone from rational thought to consider that you might be wrong.
Data and probabilities are what made it so obvious. Certainly should have resulted in further deep dives into the ballots. They did it in one state (full forensic audit in AZ) and they found over 150,000 illegitimate ballots.
Also- on a more basic, non-quantifiable, human level always watch the messaging for dead giveaways. Like say if people were to start saying “2020 wAs tHe mOsT sEcUrE eLeCtiOn iN HiStOrY,” despite YEARS of politicians from both parties claiming that mass mailin ballots being a recipe for fraud.
The message is clear. If you question an election where Democrats win we will use lawfare against you. Just keep believing the other guys are the fascists.....
Back to Rudy - no, the plaintiffs aren't going to get that much because he simply doesn't have it. Hopefully there will be a deterrent effect as people realize that they CAN be held accountable for what they say.
To what extent is Rudy able to shield assets? Like in advance of the damages being announced, would he be allowed to gift/transfer assets to family members or trusts, and therefore claim he has far fewer assets than he actually has (e.g., his son owns his NYC apartment but he still lives there)?
You need to check on the votes counted between 06 and 08 hours. Narrow your focus and find hard evidence, such as who manufactured, delivered and counted the fake ballots, and where those fake ballots are as of right now. Conjecture doesn’t count. Playing China card will only hurt your credibility if there is still any left.
Math is definitive
No it’s not. Statistics and probability are mathematical means of dealing uncertainty. You cannot use likelihood as evidence in the court of law. Also, I don’t think Trump can win a math contest against Biden. Trump math is kindergarten level, no in the same league as Biden who graduated from elementary school with honor.
Giuliani has hundreds of signed affidavits from election workers across all the swing states explaining the things they witnessed. Instances that align with the absurdity of the data from that night (late night ballots drops, ballots run through multiple times, etc.). NOT ONE has been allowed in a courtroom. Why? Because the courtrooms objective isn’t to get to the truth here. They’re depending on the public being ignorant to how the law works (see many of the responses on this thread), and believing that these cases actually reviewed the evidence to a jury. That has NEVER been done. On purpose. The sole purpose of this week's trial was to determine ‘how much money’ Giuliani would have to pay the women in damages. All for show.
^^^^^^
There are a lot of examples of delusional on LRC. But this one really sticks out because of the enormity of the false assertions, the ignorance of basic procedures, the sweeping conspiracies, and the angry victimhood emphasis. He's a crazy one, he is.
It’s hilarious that Rudy’s defense attorneys were seeking leniency by saying Rudy was like a flat earther and can’t help himself from saying idiotic things about election fraud.
you can see a couple on this board with the same affliction,
The message is clear. If you question an election where Democrats win we will use lawfare against you. Just keep believing the other guys are the fascists.....
I know you need a grand conspiracy to make yourself feel better.
But, you would be shocked to find out that the other side doesn’t care about your guys nearly as much as you think. We only tune in when justice is doled out. Otherwise we live our lives without thinking about them.

was that the same arizona recount that was done by trumpets that ended up finding even more Biden votes?
OMG- so stupid. Who said anything about a recount?
a) Stop conflating “recounts” with audits. They are NOT the same thing. One simply recounts ballots, and one verifies that the ballots are legit.
b) You seem to not understand what “illegitimate ballot” means.
If you haven’t noticed, ALL of the swing states in question are having issues providing chain of custody data / ballot images / election records / mail-in ballot distribution vs receipt data. They’re just hoping to run out the clock.
All the while, the polling is showing EXACTLY what we all know happened in 2020. Trump leading every single swing state (as well as the overall popular vote now). Throw in a 3rd/4th party, and he’s even stronger. Installing a POS career politician that no one respects and everyobe thought was a joke since the 80s was a bad move.
The FBI director Chris Wray appointed by Trump says there was no material fraud that would have changed the overall outcome of the election. His Attorney General Bill Barr who did his every bidding came to the same conclusion. His own daughter Ivanka Trump says she looked at the evidence provided to her and saw no fraud that would have changed the outcome.
If there was evidence of fraud the Trump campaign had multiple opportunities to present such evidence in a court of law where you are required to raise your right hand and swear to tell the truth and present actual evidence to the court.
But they don't want to do that. They want to litigate the election results on internet chat forums where anyone can make any claim and say anything.
Ron DeSantis was asked recently, if he won in Iowa (which of course he won't) would Trump admit the Ron won. Ron smiled and said that there was no way Trump would admit that he lost.
Most elected Republican officials know Trump is conning everyone about not losing in 2020 but they are scared so they won't tell you the truth.
