She ran that 1:55 very easily. It's her outdoor opener AND.
If we apply Seb Coe's 400m-to-800m ratio back when he was in 1:41 800 shape. His lifetime 400 pr was 46.87 (Her British Male Counterpart in national records)
1:41.73 / 2 = 50.865 per 400m
50.86 - 46.87 = 3.99s difference
with Keely:
52.41 400m + 3.99s difference = 56.40
56.40 x 2 = 1:52.80 800m fitness.
She got the european record, world record, AND gold medal incoming these next two years whilst breaking a Three decades+ record. Athing mu should be shaking.
Your analysis is off.
A better indication of her being capable of a 1:52x is if she perhaps ran a 49x (400m) or a 3:50 (1500m).

Well, surely we should be expecting Keely to be running way down in the 1min 54sec range by now. Now, I know what follows isn't very scientific but Ajee ran 1min 58.21 as a nineteen year old and then had a career best - at 24- of 1min 55.61 Now, if Keely followed in a similar fashion, she could expect a career best in the region of low 1min 53secs.

As usual, you are way off. Low 1:53 would be a world record and Keely will never do that.

Why do so many here think that runners are alike and should follow the same progression when they are as different as the rest of us are from each other?
Well, this year Keely might be able to beat Mu, because I don't think that Mu is training very hard right now.
But if Mu actually decides to train as hard as Keely is training, then I would take Mu.
Even with training, Mu was slipping and Keely has surpassed her. Mu had her window and it's now closed.
Last year Mu didn't train well because of numerous health issues. So last year is not a good indication of how fast Mu can run when her training is going well.
Mu's issue now is does she want to be the best in the world or not? I'm not sure she still wants to put in the effort. Mu's window isn't closed, unless she wants it to be.

Desire is part of winning, if she doesn't have the desire then that's a weakness. Mu isn't that good that she can just turn it on and off and exist on talent alone.

Raevyn Rogers: 3secs improvement since she was 19yrs of age. BTW, I checked the last Olympic 800m. Every athlete - apart from Mu - improved the time they did at 19 by anything from 3sec to 9sec!

And some great 800m runners never improved past 19 - like Ryun and Amos. It seems hard for you to grasp that no two human bodies are the same.
All I'm saying is if Spencer Brown (The Athlete Special) can run 52.xx for 400m and Hit 1:50. Keely can hit 1:52 high in her current fitness with 2-3 months of training to peak.
