Per her Strava, she’s up in Oregon. Did a shakeout run yesterday at Nike Woods and today a few miles in Beaverton. Last week she posted about being sick while down in Flagstaff
She must have done something on the track today (10K TT?) because her warm-up and cool-down are clearly there.
She said on IG she has something fun coming up and the past 1-2 months she’s been a week behind her BTC teammates’ races. She’s likely time trialing a 10K - I’d put her at 30:15, just behind Elise and Molly
She is a cheater and a liar. Period.
Her coach lied for her, too, and is apparently still coaching her during a BAN.
Her teammates have failed to speak up, and are apparently still training with her during a BAN.
Anyone who assists her (e.g. pacing) with this "look at me" publicity stunt should be sanctioned.
LR should certainly offer to sponsor her. I'd be curious to see if she would accept it.
Is she allowed to be sponsored while banned? Or is she just banned from competing?
if she’s only banned from competing it’d be around the same as sponsoring Colleen Quigley
"about the same"
Colleen Quigley, while being a pampered upper-crust stain from the suburbs of a city that she has no right to claim, is not a convicted doper.
There is a distinct difference on an ethical and moral level, and this illustrate's Robert's clear departure from / betrayal of his earlier-in-life principles of holding dopers to account and generally having integrity.
You seem to refuse to do so even though asked many times.
Why do you refuse ?
Come on prove it.
Tip: Please block Armstronglives and don't clog up the thread responding to him. Most of us already do. You aren't going to change his mind on anything, ever.
You aren't going to change his either. But that would firstly require that he has a mind. This is in doubt.
You can't say she "didn't truly intentionally cheat", because the CAS finding included intent. She adduced nothing that was able to rebut that. She is a doper and appropriately banned. But they appear to be your favorite athletes.
But the CAS decision found he a very credible witness and did not find her her guilty of cheating.
You on the other hand will not prove that you are not a racist.
I am happy to prove you are a congenital idiot. Doping is cheating, except to a mind without a moral compass. Like yours. The "credible" witness was nevertheless not believed by CAS when she argued accidental contamination and was found to have committed an intentional violation. Well done, CAS.

It must be lonely on the track for a banned runner, who cannot openly and freely compete with others. It's a bit like going to parties where no one will talk to you. But with Houlihan's apparent level of self-absorption that may not be a problem for her. Shame appears to be an unfamiliar experience for one such as her.
I know nothing about Nike or their “campus”, but can anyone just come and run on their track, use their facilities? I assume Nike Forest is thee Nike track BTC and other Nike athletes use… Would a banned athlete still have access , have Nike perks?

You still have failed to read the rules.
Doping may well be cheating but such is not ruled on and we just don’t know.
We wish to rule on any argument you may provide that you are not a racist.

I don't believe Nike is a signatory to WADA.
Perhaps it is interesting to read 10.14 of the WADA Code. Shelby can do whatever is not authorized and organized by a signatory federation or club:
10.14 Status during Ineligibility or Provisional Suspension
10.14.1 Prohibition against Participation during Ineligibility or Provisional Suspension
No Athlete or other Person who has been declared Ineligible or is subject to a Provisional Suspension may, during a period of Ineligibility or Provisional Suspension, participate in any capacity in a Competition or activity (other than authorized anti-doping Education or rehabilitation programs) authorized or organized by any Signatory, Signatory’s member organization, or a club or other member organization of a Signatory’s member organization, or in Competitions authorized or organized by any professional league or any international- or national-level Event organization or any elite or national-level sporting activity funded by a governmental agency. (77)
An Athlete or other Person subject to a period of Ineligibility longer than four (4) years may, after completing four (4) years of the period of Ineligibility, participate as an Athlete in local sport events not sanctioned or otherwise under the authority of a Code Signatory or member of a Code Signatory, but only so long as the local sport event is not at a level that could otherwise qualify such Athlete or other Person directly or indirectly to compete in (or accumulate points toward) a national championship or International Event, and does not involve the Athlete or other Person working in any capacity with Protected Persons. An Athlete or other Person subject to a period of Ineligibility shall remain subject to Testing and any requirement by an Anti-Doping Organization to provide whereabouts information.
77 [Comment to Article 10.14.1: For example, subject to Article 10.14.2 below, Ineligible Athletes cannot participate in a training camp, exhibition or practice organized by their National Federation or a club which is a member of that National Federation or which is funded by a governmental agency. Further, an Ineligible Athlete may not compete in a non-Signatory professional league (e.g., the National Hockey League, the National Basketball Association, etc.), Events organized by a non-Signatory International Event organization or a non-Signatory national-level Event organization without triggering the Consequences set forth in Article 10.14.3. The term “activity” also includes, for example, administrative activities, such as serving as an official, director, officer, employee, or volunteer of the organization described in this Article. Ineligibility imposed in one sport shall also be recognized by other sports (see Article 15.1, Automatic Binding Effect of Decisions). An Athlete or other Person serving a period of Ineligibility is prohibited from coaching or serving as an Athlete Support Person in any other capacity at any time during the period of Ineligibility, and doing so could also result in a violation of 2.10 by another Athlete. Any performance standard accomplished during a period of Ineligibility shall not be recognized by a Signatory or its National Federations for any purpose.]

There is a ban on taking part in sports that are non WADA signatory.
