If you want to call resting injured Runners strategy then go for it, but it seems like more necessity and Common Sense
I've never heard in any of the sport the use of the word strategy when injured players are kept out of competing
Orton has obviously been dealing with injuries for the last year or so and she had a great 5K in the spring but outside of that has not looked like a top five. Not looking to debate semantics anymore but it's just not the common use of the word strategy to rest injured runners
