Can you make that meme for fat people who ignore advice to exercise and eat well and then end up dying of diabetes, heart disease, etc? K thanks.

Look, you damned piece of worthless trash, i am tired of your lies!
We have exhausted this before, pages and pages of posts in which you participated, about all the famous people who died of covid. Look up John Prine, for one, but there are many others, including Tom Dempsey, Charlie Pride, and Tom Seaver,
i am damned pissed that this has become the cesspool of a site it has become and you are largely the reason, and the fact that they allow you to denigrate the truth here regularly and repeatedly is the cause.

If you’re going to include Prine in your list I can’t take you seriously. He had multiple bouts of cancer, including lung cancer and partial lung removal.

Who care? The f'g disease has ravaged the world, famous and not-so-famous family members and community members, and people who weren't otherwise ready to die.
Grow a f'g pair, you wuss,.

Obesity is so contagious I have to avoid all my obese coworkers and neighbors to become obese myself. Where can I find my anti-obesity vaccine and anti-obesity masks?

Are you healthy? Not obese? Make healthy life choices? Then there’s no need to avoid anyone. Live your life. Or don’t. I don’t care.
People make conscious choices to be unhealthy and increase their risk of premature death every day. We aren’t hysterical about them. The risk of you dying (I’m assuming you’re healthy) because you didn’t “avoid your coworker or neighbor is staggering small. But you do you. I’ll do me. But we can’t ignore the public health crisis that everyone is afraid to talk about - obesity.

Aren't you vaccinated?
Then STFU.

It's not just about you, it is about spreading the virus to the vulnerable and the old and the young. You have to stop thinking only of yourself. This is for the common good, for kids who can't get vaccinated yet, and for older people who are vulnerable no matter what they do.

Good talk. Next time use your words.
Then shut down the roads, driving causes about 38,000 people die in car accidents every year. In that statistic, someone somewhere lost a father, a mother, an aunt, an uncle, a grandmother, a grandfather, a great grandmother, a great grandfather, a best friend, a confidant...or a combination of some of these.
Ban unhealthy food, about 2.8 million people die yearly from obesity causes illnesses. In that statistic, someone somewhere lost a father, a mother, an aunt, an uncle, a grandmother, a grandfather, a great grandmother, a great grandfather, a best friend, a confidant...or a combination of some of these. A huge portion of covid deaths in the past year were people overweight.
Ban all carcinogens, including the sun. Cancer causes nearly 600,000 deaths each year. In that statistic, someone somewhere lost a father, a mother, an aunt, an uncle, a grandmother, a grandfather, a great grandmother, a great grandfather, a best friend, a confidant...or a combination of some of these.
Ban all person to person contact since the flu kills between 30-60k each year. In that statistic, someone somewhere lost a father, a mother, an aunt, an uncle, a grandmother, a grandfather, a great grandmother, a great grandfather, a best friend, a confidant...or a combination of some of these.
You see where I'm going with this? People die. You along with many others have sensationalized this to a ridiculous degree. If you take good care of yourself, and haven't lived a long life, your chances of surviving are very high. Especially if you have the vaccine or have already made it through it.

If you want to see the faces of real people who have been put on ventilators in the last couple of hours, one way to do this is to go on Facebook and in the search panel type in something like “Covid ventilator prayer” and you will see a relative of someone suffering from Covid pneumonia who has made a public Facebook post about a close loved one who has just gone on the ventilator, ECMO treatment asking for prayers etc, or has just recently passed away.
Anecdotally these tend to be people in their 30s 40s based in the Deep South region of usa in states like Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia. Whether my search is finding these people because these tend to be a place where there is strong anti vax and/or whether this is due to the “prayer” piece of it resulting in a public Facebook post since these areas of USA tend to be very religious, I’m not sure but I think a combination . These victims are not exactly in shape to even be able to jog a 5K in under 25min on the fly, but they are NOT exactly super old super frail people >age 85 the LetsRun posters say are the only vulnerable types who need to worry about Covid and everyone else is fine, etc.
Show me the faces of the 8 million kids who are starved each year so the Oligarchs can get richer.

If you are at high-risk (sick/elderly) then the prudent thing to do would be to avoid high-risk situations. As far as children young enough to not be vaccinated - their risk level is infinitesimal. Less than RSV.

Great point! The numbers are actually higher, but health departments in some states aren't reporting everything.
It's probably closer to 1 million.
So .3% of the population? Got it. Big numbers are scary, but unfortunately we live in a very large country.

What's selfish about doing what you feel is best for your health?

Having empathy is a sign of weakness.
A real freedumb fighter only thinks about himself. His freedumb over everything else. That's how you show your strength and toughness.

Yes, that would be prudent. But it is also prudent that we, as a society, do what we can to stop the virus, for the good of all.
And you need to understand that the longer the virus is allowed to persist, the greater likelihood of yet more variants developing. But if most people would just get vaccinated, there is less of a chance of this happening.
You must see that this is not as simple a decision involving only the individual in the here and now. Not getting vaccinated effects others, and it effects how long this virus and it's mutation variants will persist.
So, just get a damned vaccine. It is the grown-up thing to do.
Young and middle-age healthy people are vulnerable too, with Delta. Being healthy and doing everything to take care of yourself your whole life so far doesn’t make you invincible from long term effects of Covid.

You show zero empathy for people who don't share your opinion.

You got your vaccine? Good for you. Honestly.
Now stop the indocrination and fearmongering.
