Disparate impact = racism.
That is firmly established in civil rights law. If vaccine passports shut out black people at disproportionately high rates, then the law is SUPER RACIST.
Why are the Covid paranoids so racist?

^because they are scared out of their minds and have injected themselves with something they were told was a vaccine by some monster (Fauci) only to find out it’s really not a vaccine at all.
Now they are all hands on deck in a crazy attempt to throw people on the street and rape our children over the decision they made freely.
NOT. GONNA. HAPPEN.
Thank you Ron DeSantis.
Following fro White Grievance Thread of the Day, and just dropping this here for all his fanboys:
By the logic of some race theorists & followers of CRT vaccine mandates are in fact racist because they disproportionately effect the African-American community who is notoriously vaccine hesitant and less likely to be vaccinated.
In some ways BLM is being extremely consistent.

CORRECT.
This is the irony of the folks on the right. Anybody who the refuses the vaccine is a moron. Doesn't matter what political affiliation you are.
If you want to dive deeper into this: African Americans actually have a reason to distrust vaccines as there is a documented history of them being used as experiments
https://researchblog.duke.edu/2021/04/08/black-americans-vaccine-hesitancy-is-grounded-by-more-than-mistrust/This is one of the reasons why African Americans distrust the system, because they have been victims of the system for such a long time (BLM would argue they continue to be).
So, how do reTrumplicans handle this? BLM was created, in part, because of a distrust in government and the system. reTrumplicans distrust science and rail against a system they say is designed to take away their freedoms. And now, BLM and reTrumplicans are about to hold hands in their fight against the vaccine?
Absolutely perfect.

My kids had to be vaccinated to start school and that was 20 years ago. What does Hitler have to do with anything here? That's nuts.

Equality of choice and consequences for choice is not racism.
Blacks have as much right to be idiots as whites.

Noyankee shows us how that crazies think. He says there is no such thing as violence and tries to equate requiring mask wearIng or college kids needing vaccination as a justification for violence?
The government is Hitler for requiring certain workers to get vaccinated to keep their jobs??? Does he have any idea of what Hitler did?
Noyankee is not only crazy he is a danger to this country.

Lets not give anyone a pass regardless of historical reasons. Anyone who doesn't get vaccinated is an idiot. No one has a good reason not to.

What's with these Covid Believers.
They think if you are suspicious of Big Pharma and the Media you are an idiot.
It seems like they all react in the same way.
Almost like they have been conditioned to respond in such a manner.

Forcing vaccines onto people is extreme violence.
Hitler forced his will on others and had bad results on the victims.
Times have changed. These are not your kids. Forcing a 10-cent mask on someone else’s little child is violence. Pure and simple.
Study behavioral psychology and get back to this thread.
A typical Vaccinnator thought:
In fact, since it’s not my child, let’s go beyond forcing a useless mask on their face and force a needle in their arm that Sinister Fauci told us was a harmless one-shot vaccine only to find out, he lied, again. Of course, many of your children will have serious short and/or long term harmful results but who gives a s*hit? I’m vaccinated out of free choice so now I force them to get on my train. Oh, by the way, I change my science to fit the results so don’t ask questions. Just put that tourniquet on that kids arm, stick the needle in, and pull the trigger. Let’s see what happens.

The cognitive dissonance in liberal minds spikes here. Is there a multi-nuanced way to reconcile all this? I don't see even a winding path to daylight.
Are you saying that represents a United view of BLM? Or is it a tiny, misfitting piece of a large puzzle?
More power to BLM over this issue.

Why does it seem that everything disproportionately effects african-americans?
Because American society systematically perpetuates the disenfranchisement of African-Americans. Vaccine mandates are a further example of this perpetual disenfranchisement and the advocates of said vaccine mandates are either racist or at least not sufficiently anti-racist.

Quit fighting for complete BS. It’s stupid. This movement is radical and you can’t have radical and a national community. BLM is a fraud. Out to defund police. They are hijacking some black people and using racism as the emotional call. It’s completely stupid.
BLM is a fraud, eh? By your own rhetoric, BLM is only engaged in radical stupidity. So, since they are antivax does that make the antivax movement radical stupidity?
Boxed in,
You better believe it, count me in. I can’t find them like Soros but happy to lend vocal support. We will take Antifa, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and any other street gang and welcome them with open arms. Those kids in my house are not your Clown. You a thug. We thug stoppers. We finally have an issue we can commonly bond together with and that’s a great thing for our nation. STOP. THE. VIOLENCE.
