Don't know how anyone can defend Biden at this point. It's like he actively working against the US at every point. Pump money into the system when inflation is hot. Throw open the Southern border. The mess that allowed Hammas to shoot missiles at Israel for a week. Done nothing on the pandemic which was his signature issue accept attack DeSantis who everyone on the left is crapping bricks about running in 2024. Been openly divisive. Not this debacle. What a disaster.
Trump didn't do anything about the border. He said Mexico would pay for a wall. It didn't. He said he was good at deals and would make a deal. He didn't. If he wanted to stop immigration, just crack down on the employers and landlords (if you get caught employing illegal immigrants, face massive fines, if you let property to them, have it seized). No supposed anti-immigration politician suggests this, because they don't want to stop immigration. They think immigrants are a useful scapegoat.
What did Trump do on the pandemic? Lie, delay, intentionally spread the virus, promote skepticism about masks and vaccines.
Trump acknowledged he was useless but said people had to vote for him because he took credit for the stock market rise, whereas Biden would crash it.
How is that working out? Do you think it might be the case that some people might think Biden is as bad as Trump, but people don't care as the stock market is rising?
