No kidding. Grateful he didn't cause a pileup.
I think he was still feeling the 10k
two north americans on the medal stand in the 5k - that's remarkable.

Also, Grijalva with a PR in the Olympic Final, almost wasn't even to make it to the games. Ecstatic for him.
PB for Grijvala in tough conditions.
Love that run from all of the top three, all guts. Cheptegei pressing the pace, Ahmed finishing hard, and Chelimo digging out a result that seemed beyond him a few months ago. I hope he doesn't get DQ'd, he didn't gain an advantage, but the Kenyans would be stupid not to protest
Running inside the rail on the straightaway I think is looked at differently then on the turn. 60m later, there was similar fighting on the last turn.
Great moment for Moh, solidly grabbing silver after coming 4th in Rio
Mo looked great. A pretty good meet for Bowerman Track Club so far.
Paul looked like he might have had a extra gear for gold or silver, but to me looked like he bumped or got bumped with 150 to go and lost his momentum.
Now finally the long awaited content about Felix. Did you know she's more than an olympic champion?
Paul MF Chelimo proves the doubters wrong again!
Great day for distance running in the Americas. Great run for Grijalva. PB under tough conditions. Ahmed was awesome. Very happy for him. Chelimo is tough as nails. Hope they don’t take this medal away from him. He earned it. Fisher could have contended for a medal if he was fresh.
Great race all around! Really impressed Chelimo didn’t fall when he got tripped up

DQ? Took several steps inside the rail I thought.
Head on replay showed him tripping one foot on the rail then other foot inside. Crowded his only defense to a DQ.

To me it looked like he got cut in on hard, and seriously impeded. He had to break stride in order not to trample the guy, but he definitely had about 2-3 steps inside the rail. This would be very unfortunate if they DQ...
He definitely did. The Kenyan Kimeli slammed on the brakes in front of him. His choices were to slam on the brakes as well, run up his back, or step to the inside (because Kiplimo was to his outside)
Alison Felix is the only mother ever to compete in the Olympics. It's an amazing story guys
