Bigger question is will Jenny Simpson hug her?

Skipped the trials this year, but if I was there I would definitely buy a bunch of burritos and hand them out for people to throw on the track for her heat. 100%.

That's not a "bigger question" - everyone knows that she will not.
If she actually does have an injunction to allow her to run pending her appeal to the Swiss whatever, that's, uh, pretty lame. Extremely distracting from her former teammates and a bunch of others that are looking to fulfill a dream unencumbered by her drama she brought on herself.

Anna Camp the new NCAA champ is in her ht, wonder what she makes of it all. I've been trying to figure out the most likely person to get eliminated by Shelby, is it her?
The USATF is full of cheaters they just have not been found out , they hide and they mask. The whole thing is a joke now. The olympics is about who Nike , Oregan to name just a few helped the most. Take away the money and nobody cares ; no need to cheat.

The source is Turkey-somebody in New Zealand. Somehow, he had the scoop before any member of the MSM?
What "active appeal process"? That already occurred and she did not win. Cheater cheater pumpkin eater.

Active whining, complaining about unfairness, and obfuscation. So, willl this go all the way to the Supreme Court before USATF accepts WADA's final decision?

There is one more step in some Swiss court/athletics tribunal, but it's still a joke.

So the USATF would have no problem with any athlete who tests positive for any PED before the Olympics to continue to compete in the Olympics until that athlete exhausts all of their appeal avenues? This is where we are at now?
If she shows up on the starting line the athletes should hold a sit down until she is removed. This is a joke, athletes need to take a stand, get her out.
Is Steroid Shelby competing in both the 1500 and 5000? Both of the first rounds are tomorrow, two hours apart. Of course running in both won't be an issue for someone all juicy like her.
Shelby is so full of testosterone maybe she should line up in the men's event?
I feel that if she is allowed to compete that Marion Jones should be permitted to come out of retirement. "Active appeal process" and all that.
Once again, the US is world-leading for how it is handling the doping issue in sport. It doesn't let a little thing like a doping bust stop an athlete from denying their clean competitors a chance to represent their country.

I found this in the USATF OT eligibility rules:
"An Athlete must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to represent the United States in all levels of international competition..."
Seems clear as a bell to me.

That is the final step in the WADA process. If we are now into "denial of civil rights" or "denial of due process" territory in the US courts, there could be several levels of decision before the "final decision" is reached.
