I dont know where you come from, but where I am from, the birth certificates are issued at BIRTH, not 14 years later...seriously you have to be naive to think there is no age-cheats in east africa. Wilson Kipketer have admitted he was two years older than his supposed age, so he could compete in the junior champs as a 20 year old. And Kipchoge...no way he was 17 when he won his world champ title. Some of his training partners also stated he is older than his supposed age. Remember Fita Bayessa from Ethiopia in the 90'? Started his career as a junior runner with moustache and grey hair!!
