post n00dz or you won't get my vote
steven dont say that "bigbear" might post the IUP guys naked...
I'll see what I can cook up... I'll probably have to slip Coach Fry some roofies.
Jake I know what you mean, we'll never look as good as when Fetus was around.
Roofies I'm pretty sure that us an NCAA banned substance....
Cowan, you are a stud man. You def. need to train for Penn and kick everyones ass in the 10k.
IUP women are hot indeed. Especially Erica but too bad freaking TP stole her from me. Punk. haha.
Jake, te extrano mucho hermano pero posiblement todo cambiara este fin de semana.
Haha ur a stud urself jorge but thanks that will be the goal whether it be the 10 or the 5 I want to run fast again, I miss it too much man!
If you train hard, like you did when you where at Lock Haven back in the days, and you'll be tough to beat at penn, in either the 5 or 10. Goodluck and glad to hear you are still running.
Thanks alot hoovis I will see you guys at Lock Haven in a little over a month man!!! Can't wait it should be a good ass time.
Who's the hottest guy out there in the pSAC this year? Hey hey short shorts!
i would definitly have to give my vote to the slippery rock ladies for best looking team
So are u guys trying to gay this thread up, or get more ladies involved posting? I really hope for all our sake, it's the latter.
Hottest guy? Hell, I don't rate guys, how do I know, especially now that Jorge and Cowan are out of the conference. I think Misha Litvinov's red hat rocks though, and anyone who wears compression shorts for 10ks(I know from experience, tried it out for fun, best decision of my racing career) is a pimp in my book.
On the ladies side, I've only seen a few teams, so I'll have to give the early nod to Bloomsburg. Although there is beauty on each team, I'll see who the true winner is come PSACs and Regionals.
FYI, as far as Regionals goes for individuals, don't sleep on the guy from WV Wesleyan, ran a real fast race on Saturday at Van Cortland. Looks like he might be in line for an individual berth.
I agree 100% with dirt no more guys pictures, Well if you like redheads theres one on my team and she posts under stevenparrish she is fine let me tell you, Shes famously called the "ginger" figure that one out.
oh yeah stevenparrish is definitely a guys name, steeple your sister knows exactly what kind of man i am...just ask her how she lost her v-card
anyways back to the PSAC talk...
Good read guys by shizzy, an interview he did on flotrack
Cowan:
Not sure who that one came from, but wasn't me. With that said, I would love to see you get back in shape. Would love to see you and Jorge on the Track at Penn next April running mid-/low 29's.
There are a group of ex-PSAC'ers that are are all just a notch below where they need to be to really do some damage. I know Sauls has been away from it for a while, but last I heard he was really back into it. Stallings continue to run really well...right ont the verge of a big breakthrough (think he ran 1:07 for the Bryn Mawr running club at Grandma's 1/2 marathon). Jorge is running really well (1:08 half recently) and AJ Kelly will hopefully make the OLY B standard at Chicago. Throwing you into that mix, would make things really interesting.
Would love to see all of you go pick a University town...rent out a house...and really start training together. I'd recommend either Ship or Haven...as both are near good coaches (Spence has been there/done that and I think Russell would be a great post-collegiate coach/advisor), near lots of dirt roads/trails, can get some good strength training in the hills, etc.
Hoovis
after reading the beauty contest. I laughed for about ten minutes. I was looking at the roster and the hair thing is a def. plus for MU. Thats about all they will be top 3 in this year. Mansfield built up a program this year and I have to say Rohl did a good job from what I can see. Unfortunatly the best they can do at regionals is 3rd with luck. They have a solid 1-2 punch. The only hope they have is to get there freshman faster. They did a pretty good job picking up people that are good and not really talked about much. Joe Stanek and Bogenshutz finished both top 20 in the state last year. Also I got to watch the Updike kid in track in the 2 mile at Haven. You ask anyone and besides Stanek these guys have been heard little or not at all about. All really solid freshman but the quite recruitments of the bunch. Here is the top 5 at regionals..... Edinboro, Slippery Rock, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Shippensburg.
the psac hansons group....sweet.
just felt like bringing it back to the fron., everyone excited for paul short?
where is everyone's team running this weekend? how's everybodies team looking?
I know ship is running paul short this weekend, not the D1 race though since they rn't ranked.
we should totally do something like this. i would be down with getting a group of ex-psac runners and training together somewhere. TP, I like your name for it. The PSAC Hansons. It has a nice ring to it.

Canoe-Kayak has to be one of the dirtiest sport at the Olympics,no?
5x1000m w/60s rest, is this a fair indicator for a 5k and 10k or just 5k?
