This thread is yet another example of how this place is nothing more than QAnon with some running thrown in. Between the conspiracy theories, COVID denial, anti-vaxxers, incel tenancies, and need to insult people that run slower then them this place is a toxic pit. I wish someone would encrypt the place but instead of ransom to unencrypt it they just kept encrypting it so it would die. Please Happy Bear, take this site down.
1. The SFPD has yet to release any body cam footage, where is it?
2. The SFPD has immediate access to the Ring Door Bell video, where is the footage?
3. The Pelosi's have their own home security cameras, where is the footage?
Where (and conveniently when) did you guys develop this misguided perception that law enforcement releases all its evidence, including its primary evidence, days after a suspected crime, and long before the investigation is completed? Law enforcement has always released as little information as possible during an active investigation. In fact, the usual criticism is that law enforcement takes too long to release information and releases too little when it does. It would go against every policy, tactic, technique and rule of law enforcement to release these videos 72 hours or even weeks after the crime. They've barely started this investigation.
4. There is ZERO chance that the Pelosi's don't have 24/7 police presence at her property whether she is there or not.
Really? Zero chance? If you says so. The information so far is that they did not have a security guard at the house, apparently in defiance of all known odds.
5. If Depape broke the glass to enter the house, then why is the majority of the glass outside?
The majority of the glass is on the inside. DelPape admitted during a recorded interview with the SFPD that he broke into the house through a glass door using a hammer. See Complaint para. 15(b) ("DEPAPE stated that he broke into the house through a glass door, which was a difficult task that required the use of a hammer.").
6. Every house in that neighborhood would have security video too, it would show exactly how Depape entered the neighborhood and the path he took to the Pelosi home.
You have a keen investigative sense. I wonder if SFPD has thought to interview neighbors as to what their security systems may show?
See Complaint, para. 12 (" SFPD Officer Colby Wilmes was able to interview a witness, Witness 1, who saw an individual in all black, carrying a large black bag on his back, walking near the Pelosi residence where Witness 1 was parked. Witness 1 was working private security at an address nearby. Witness 1 then heard what sounded like banging on either a door or car and then heard the sirens within a minute or two.")
7. The report doesn't say who opened the door, it just says "when the door was opened" and the cops observed both men holding a hammer.
Correct. Except the document you are referring to is a federal Criminal Complaint with an attached Affidavit from an FBI agent. It is not a "report" in the sense of a law enforcement report.
8. This FBI report is poorly written and shouldn't the SFPD have a written report too?
The Criminal Complaint and attached affidavit (again, not a "report") contains more than enough information to establish probable cause and to withstand a motion to dismiss. It also reads fine to me. I didn't find it ambiguous or inconsistent or difficult to read. What were you confused about?
". . . shouldn't the SFPD have a written report too?"
SFPD probably has many reports and is in the process of drafting more of them. As far as whether SFPD will file a criminal complaint against DePope, they said they would and you should see that soon. Then you can pretend that you read it and go through the above charade all over again.
Also, on the subject of releasing security video, sometimes police will release security video relatively earlier in the investigation, when they think the public can help in identifying someone. For example, in the recently solved Delphi, IN murders, police released a video of the suspect two years after the murders, in the hopes the public would recognize the suspect. The murder of Missy Bevers is another similar case where police released security video of a suspect in the hopes someone would recognize him or her by the suspect's distinctive walk.
The SFPD and the Feds obviously don't have those pressures and concerns here, because DePepo admitted he broke into the Pelosi house with a hammer so he could bust Nancy Pelosi's knees. See Complaint, para. 15(b) ("DEPAPE stated that he broke into the house through a glass door, which was a difficult task that required the use of a hammer.") and Complaint, para. 15(a) (". . . he was going to break 'her kneecaps.'"). There is much less incentive by law enforcement to release security video when you already know and have arrested the person who is on it. Almost no incentive at all.

Wait a second. Are you implying that law enforcement might have more important things that guide their decision making than reading insane right wing postings on a message board?

Ever hear of false confessions?
Crazy person DePape is CRAAAAAYZEEEEEEEE drug addict Qua-Qua-non-non-er but in this he's 1000% truthful, huh? Who's his lawyer? Was his lawyer present when DePape gave this so-called affadivit?
Is Depape’s van covered in yellow tape with Police all over the van and house?
Have police searched his residence?
According to paragraphs 16 and 17 of the federal Criminal Complaint, police have indeed searched Delpepa's residence in Richmond, CA (Note: it is not in Berkeley, CA). Police seized a lot of evidence, including his Donald Trump posters, underwear, and several ball-peens.

False confessions? So that's what your going with so that you can hold on to your need to distort reality. What do you think are the odds that his confession was actually false? Do you really think that is at all likely?

You ever hear of George Whitmore, Jr? Look it up.
His lawyer is Frank Galvin. Rudy Giuliani was "not available."
According to paragraph 15 of the Criminal Complaint, DeoPape was Mirandized prior to the interview, obviating the need to have Galvin present. DeoPape also waived his right to give a false confession toward the end of the interview. DeoPape admitted the hammer was his, but denied any knowledge of the underwear recovered at the scene.
A preliminary Qua-Qua mental competency hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Who is DePape's lawyer and he or she present during his questioning?
In Trump world, Seb Gorka, Charlie Kirk, Alex Jones are trusted more than police investigating the crime with all the evidence. They love their Orange dictator and his big lie and will never believe that this guy loved it right there with them.
Reality is irrelevant. I'm 100% serious.
Any facts that going against their insane narrative are fake news made up by the corrupt lamestream media. Any unhinged impossible accusation against their perceived enemies from secret sources who know THE TRUTH is 100% believed without any verification whatsoever.
Reality is completely irrelevant.
And if something weird does actually come out, which wouldn't surprise me, weird things happen in this world, it's 100% validation for every bit of lunacy ever.
The real world does not matter at all.
I'm bumping myself.
You can argue with the Q kooks all you want, but it won't do any good.
I'm a right-wing conservative and voted for Trump twice -- and would again with the same choices -- but these kooks are destroying the conservative movement. Breaks my heart.
The truth is that Pelosi was attacked by a drug-addled, nudist from Canada with historically far left-winged political views who was semi-homeless and frequently resided in a hippie commune in Berkeley.
Since when is holocaust denying and believing that Democrats are running child sex rings a far-left political view. Let me guess, heard it from a Republican representative?
Lefties on LRC talking about conspiracy theories when they all bought into Russiagate and were posting for months on end about how the big reveal was coming and Trump was FINISHED....only for the Mueller report to come out and say it was all bullsh!t....is pretty funny.
I don't know the facts about this story, but the immediate knee jerk reaction to politicize this event and fearmonger about "far right extremism" is batsh!t. If all the facts about this Depape fellow are true, then it's more likely that he is legitimately psychotic and not a normal guy who was "radicalized." Given that his political leanings are all over the place, I don't think it's really relevant or an indication of any wider movement. Just like there are plenty of white guys that get shot by cops that you don't hear about, there are plenty of far left extremists (I.e. antifa) who do sick sh!t too, but the media only wants to report news that supports a certain narrative that they want viewers to believe.
