I qualified in law and was admitted to the Bar over 40 years ago. I have also worked as a journalist with the BBC in my career and was an advisor to senior members of the judiciary - but not in your country. That you disagree with everything I have said doesn't change my qualifications and experience - or enhance yours. I did not come here to quote statutes chapter and verse but to point out that on the basis of the known facts and general legal principles that would apply the grounds for criminal charges against Baldwin for pulling the trigger are extremely slim. That is also the view of most legal experts who have commented on the case. I guess you disagree with them, too. So where is your argument that Baldwin will be charged with manslaughter?
