Yea. There's at least 5 users contributing now, and one of those users has 2 handles everyday, talking to himself, and never answers questions, because all he ever does is b.s. Keep up the great work.
4m with 4x ~1/4 reps in 1.14, 1.11, 1.10 and 1.08 w/ about 2min rest. Felt good. racing a road mile on saturday and just hoping to improve upon season best which should b doable.

Track today! 20' w/u, strides, 8 x 880 @ 100% vVO2max w/ rest = 75% work, 20' cool down. No lifts. Lots of stretching. And the massage! (Coach was working a little higher today and I'm afraid I almost lost it!)

Easy 45' today as a recovery from yesterday's track workout. No lifting, just a good stretching session. Oh, and a few striders before the stretching.

17:59 5k, first XC race ever. Pr'd by 5 seconds.
Ran for 24 1/2 min., steady short run. AHR 145 MHR 159.
Ran 18 with college teammates, 107 min, 520 last mile
Up at 5 a.m. for toast and juice, then for a run with a friend for an hour before meeting up with the bulk of our club mates for a road and trail run in high humidity. Great in the forest. Ran extra on my own and arrived back at the start point after nearly three hours and over 20 miles. Pretty technical in the trail. Soaked to the toes with sweat. great fun.
1m race, 2nd place, 20 sec faster than last road mile in late July.
36 minutes...HHH again today.
